"Simple edits took way longer than expected"
I was just waiting on a few basic edits, but the turnaround time felt like it dragged on forever. It made me a bit uneasy, especially since delays like that sometimes make me wonder if extra fees are going to pop up later. Overall, the whole process was slower than I expected for something so simple.

"Took too long to arrive"
The menus looked nice once they finally showed up, so I’ll give them that. But the whole experience felt a little careless because the shipping took way longer than I expected. I needed them for a weekend event, and they arrived after it was already over. Not a total disaster, but definitely frustrating and kind of disappointing.
"I was able to put my menu..."
I was able to put my menu together really quickly, and there weren’t any confusing steps along the way. Everything was easy to find and edit, so the whole process felt smooth. I’m really happy with it.

"ordering was such a hassle"
i tried to place an order, but the whole thing was frustrating. the site was slow, my cart kept glitching, and i ended up having to start over twice. after all that, it just didn’t feel worth the trouble.

"Editor worked Fine for me"
I’ve used the menu editor a few times now and it’s been totally Solid. It hasn’t frozen on me or lost any of my changes, which is all I really need when I’m trying to update stuff quick. Makes it easy to Trust...

"Felt a bit boxed in"
I kind of knew quickly it wasn’t going to give me the design freedom I wanted. The customization felt clunky to use, and my gut reaction was that everything was a little too limited for what I had in mind.

"Heads up: the print quality wasn’t great"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering printed menus from musthavemenus.com, I was disappointed with how mine turned out. The proof looked fine on screen, but the actual printed colors came out dull and washed out.
I also noticed some of the text wasn’t as crisp as I expected. A few areas looked slightly fuzzy, which is a big deal when you’re printing menus that customers are going to read up close.
The design tool itself might be okay, but based on my order, I’d be careful about relying on them for the actual printing. I definitely won’t be ordering prints from them again

"Helpful support, just a little slow"
Support did end up helping me fix the issue with my menu, which I appreciated. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to explain the problem a couple of times before it got sorted out. Overall, it was fine, not amazing, but they did get it fixed

"Digital menu was more frustrating than helpful"
I tried using MustHaveMenus for our QR menu, it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. The editor kept freezing up, and a few times it didn’t save after I changed prices, so I had to go back and do it all over again.
What made it worse was the mobile version. It didn’t really match the preview, and it had weird spacing with some menu items getting cut off. When customers are sitting there scanning it at the table, that’s not something you want to be dealing with.
I also reached out to support, but it took a while, and the replies were mostly just basic help links. For the price, it just felt unfinished, especially the digital menu side of it. I ended up giving up and using something else.

"Good enough, but I expected a little more"
I had kind of mixed feelings about Must Have Menus. There are definitely a lot of templates to choose from, which helped when I was making a menu for our cafe. But some of the designs felt a little dated or overly busy, so I ended up spending more time than expected swapping fonts, changing colors, and cleaning things up. In the end, I got something usable, and it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the designs looked a bit more modern right from the start
"Support helped, but it was a little slow"
I used musthavemenus.com and had to reach out to support about changing something on my menu. They did get back to me and were able to help fix it, so that part was fine. It just took a bit longer than I was hoping, especially since I kind of needed it done quickly. Overall, the site seems decent enough, but the support response time could probably be a little better.

"I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but..."
I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but the menus turned out to be a really good deal. Definitely worth the money
"I don’t know, something about it just..."
I don’t know, something about it just makes it hard to find what I’m looking for. The navigation feels confusing and I end up clicking around more than I should have to.
"I was disappointed with these..."
I was disappointed with these. After just a week, the corners were already peeling and they looked worn out way too fast. For what I paid, I expected them to hold up better, and it made me a little suspicious that there might be some hidden cost or catch if I have to replace them this soon.

"Billing was really easy"
The subscription worked fine overall, and billing was really simple for the most part. I just wish the renewal reminder had been a bit clearer so I knew exactly when it was coming up

"Solid templates, just a bit repetitive"
There are plenty of menu templates to choose from, which was nice. After browsing for a bit though, a lot of them started to feel similar. I did end up finding one that fit my cafe well, so it got the job done, but I’d definitely like to see a little more variety in the overall styles.

"Order had the wrong details"
I’m giving it 2 stars because the menu itself looked decent, the options, layout, prices, all that seemed fine. But when my order came through, some of the details were wrong. Like little stuff that still matters, the kind of thing you double-check before submitting, which I did. I checked the items, notes, timing, everything, so I’m not really sure where it got mixed up. I ended up having to fix it myself at the last minute, which was annoying, especially when you’re already trying to deal with food, plans, people waiting, all of that.

"It took more back-and-forth than it should have"
The proofing process ended up feeling messy. Reading between the lines, it seemed like the revisions weren’t being fully understood the first time around, so it took several tries to get things closer to what I asked for
